Open Access Policy

The journal "Logopedia", in accordance with the principle of supporting the free and unrestricted exchange of knowledge, has been published in Open Access format since 2017 under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License.

No fees are charged for publishing in the journal.

Authors publishing in "Logopedia" agree to the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-nonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License. The journal has been available in Open Access since 2017 (see https://www.polskietowarzystwologopedyczne.pl/catlist/ ).

Authors publishing in the journal grant the Polish Society of Speech Therapists a non-exclusive license to use their works in all fields of exploitation listed in Article 50 of the Act of February 4, 1994, on Copyright and Related Rights. This includes Open Access, under the terms of the Creative Commons CC-BY-NC-ND license.

As part of its policy of open access to scientific publications, the Polish Society of Speech Therapists is authorized by the authors to deposit works in the Logopedia Archive (https://www.polskietowarzystwologopedyczne.pl/catlist) and other distribution platforms.

Authors agree not to terminate the license agreement for the duration of its validity. Moral rights are inalienable. Granting the license does not deprive the author of proprietary rights.

Authors retain full control over their works.

The license allows for copying and distributing the work in any medium or format, provided that authorship is acknowledged by specifying the creator's name or other entities requiring acknowledgment, copyright information, license details, a disclaimer notice, and a link to the original work and license. It also requires indicating if changes were made while maintaining a record of previous modifications.

Works may only be distributed, displayed, or performed for non-commercial purposes and must remain in their original form. Modified content, derivative works, or new creations based on the original work should not be distributed.
