Abstract

The article is an attempt to synthetically present research on the language and communication skills of a person using the MÓWik alternative communication program. The article presents the case of a 13-year-old boy who started using a communication aid (AAC) in the form of MÓWik in his everyday life. As part of our own research, a diagnosis of the boy’s communication and cognitive abilities was carried out, which was carried out again after the end of the school semester in order to compare the boy’s communication abilities and draw conclusions about which skills developed the fastest.
